Lifespan Services now has three locations to serve you. Our original location in New Port Richey, a second location in Dade City, and our newest location in Tarpon Springs.
Office hours
Individual clinicians schedule appointments at a variety of times. We are sure we can find a time that will suit your needs. Our business office is open Monday through Friday 9:30am until 4:00 pm with a lunch hour from noon until 1:00pm.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact the office by phone, email, or simply click the link in the top right corner of any page on our site. We happily welcome new patients, and especially referrals from existing patients.
Financial
We are happy to discuss our rates over the phone. Please call to see if we take your insurance carrier.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, We ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We simply ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
